fa درس‌ها و آموزه های مهندسی جنگ در دفاع مقدس: الگوی مدیریت جهادی- علمی برای نوسازی بافت های فرسوده شهری تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL">تاریخ ایران، همواره سرشار از تجارب ارزشمندی است که در حوزه‌های گوناگون اقتصادی، اجتماعی، جنگ و دفاع، مدیریت، معماری و شهرسازی و نظایر آن مشهود است. انتقال این تجارب به نسل‌های بعد و ‌کاربست آموزه‌های حاصله، گام مهمی به‌سوی اعتلای کشور محسوب می‌شود. دفاع مقدس،‌ به‌عنوان تجربه‌ای موفق در مدیریت و حرکتی ملی،‌ گنجینه پرباری است که بیش از سایرین ایفای نقش می‌نماید. تجربیات مهندسی جنگ در در این دوران،‌ می‌تواند تاثیرات قابل‌توجهی درعرصه‌های فعالیتی و مدیریتی کشور به‌ویژه مدیریت شهری و بالاخص نوسازی بافت فرسوده داشته باشد. این نوشتار با استناد به سابقه میدانی و مطالعات انجام شده توسط نگارنده، امکان مستندسازی وقایع را فراهم آورده و تکمیل مطالعات مرتبط با نوسازی بافت‌های فرسوده شهری و غنابخشی به ظرفیت برنامه‌ریزی‌های نوسازی، با بهره‌گیری از تجربیات مهندسی جنگ در ۸ سال دفاع مقدس، هدف تحقیق را تشکیل می‌دهد. یافته‌های حاصل و مهم‌ترین آموزه‌های برگرفته از مهندسی جنگ را می‌توان در تبیین رویکردی جهادی- علمی در مدیریت نوسازی بافت‌های فرسوده خلاصه نمود و ایمان، اعتقاد نسبت به حرکت جهادی، به‌کارگیری علم و دانش تخصصی، تفکر پیشرو و اندیشه خلاق، مشارکت تعاملی،&nbsp; پایایی در مسیر عمل، یادگیری حین عمل و باز تعریف مبانی و تحول در شیوه&shy;ها را عناصر اصلی این رویکرد برشمرد.</p> <p>Iran&#39;s history boasts valuable experiences that are evident in various fields of economic, social, war and defense, management, architecture, urbanism, and so on. Transferring this experience to the next generations and applying them is an important step towards improving the country. The Iran&ndash;Iraq War (the Holy Defense), as a successful experience in management and also a national movement is a valuable event which plays more important role than others. The experiences of military engineering during this time period could significantly affect any practical and management field, especially on the city management and renovation of urban deteriorated area. In this article, according to field studies and researches which are conducted by the author, it is provided to document the events and complete the studies in renovation of urban deteriorated area. The main purpose is to enrich the capacity of renovation planning, by employee the experiences of military engineering in the duration of the holy defense. The lessons learned from warfare engineering can be summarized in adopting the Normative-scientific approach to manage the renovation of urban deteriorated areas. This new approach has emphasized on some principles that adopted according to Iranian-Islamic culture based on a special value, scientific and experimental oriented managerial approach.
