fa مدیریت آینده‌نگار راهبردی میراث فرهنگی ایرانی ـ اسلامی Foresight Strategic Management of Cultural Heritage Islamic Iranian تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL">در جهان معاصر، ضرورت آگاهی از روند تغییرات و تحولات، منجر به شکل گیری شاخۀ نوینی موسوم به «مطالعات آینده»،  «آینده پژوهی» و «آینده نگاری» گردید. این علم در پی آن است که نیروها و عواملی را شناسایی و درک کند که سبب تغییرات و تحولات بنیادین در زندگی بشر می شود. پژوهشگران این عرصه، روند نوآوری های فنی، تغییرات نظام ارزشی جوامع، مسایل امنیت داخلی، ژئوپلتیک، آلودگیها و بحرانهای محیط زیست، الگوهای جمعیتی و از همه مهتر مسایل فرهنگی را دنبال می کند و  تلاش میکنند تا سناریوهایی برای تحولات آینده ارایه دهند و با توجه به این نکته که هویت و تمدن هر کشور در میراث ملموس و ناملموسِ به یادگار مانده از گذشتگان نمود مییابد و این میراث ماندگار باید حفظ شوند مدیریت سنتی و اتخاذ تدابیر غیرعلمی در این حوزه میتواند پیامدهای جبراننشدنی در پی داشته باشد زیرا این شیوۀ مدیریت توان رویارویی با نیازهای جدید جامعه را ندارد. بنابراین برای جلوگیری از این مشکلات باید میراث فرهنگی را تحت یک مدیریت واحد راهبردی قرار داد و از دانش بهروز و کارآمد مدیریتی در این حوزه به بهترین شکل استفاده نمود.</p> <p>In the contemporary world, Necessity of the process of change causes a new branch of Science that called "future studies" or "futures" and "Foresight". The fact that, identity and culture of each country manifest in tangible and intangible inherited from the past. This inherited heritage will have been saved and traditional and unscientific management can cause irreparable consequences in this area because this style of management cannot solve the new community needs of society.
