fa رویکردی تحلیلی بر تبارشناسی زیبایی‌شناسی شهری در تعامل با ساختار مدیریتی شهر؛ بررسی و پیمایش جهانی با ارائه راهکارهای راهبردی و اجرایی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research امروزه فقدان نگاه سیستمی و طرحهای فرادست و جامع نگر در طرحهای توسعه شهری، دیوانسالاری عریض و پراکنده و ناهماهنگ نهادهای رسمی و ذی نفوذ در حوزه مدیریت شهری، عدم آگاهی شهروندان و کاربران اقتصادی- اجتماعی شهری از حقوق خود نسبت به فعالیت و نظارت و مشارکت در روند طراحی و ساخت و ساز شهری، از عمده موانع در مسیر زیباسازی سیما و منظر شهری است. از سویی دیگر، تبیین مفهوم شناختی زیبایی شناسی و ارتباط آن با مقوله زیباسازی و مدیریت شهری طلب می کند تا شاخصها، مولفه ها، قلمرو شناختی و اصول زیباسازی شهری به تفصیل احصاء گردیده و در فرآیند مدیریت شهری مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. این مقاله بر اساس این ضرورت نگارش یافته است که از روش توصیفی و تحلیلی، و روش فراتحلیل و بررسی نمونه های موردی و ابزار گردآوری داده: مطالعات کتابخانه ای و اسنادی بهره برده است. یافته های این تحقیق نشان می دهد که آرایش ساختاری قـوی: تشخیص اصول طراحی و بخشهای مختلف آن مثل معماری برجسته؛ ارتباط آشکار کل به اجزا: از نظر فرم، رنگ، ابعاد، اندازه، کیفیت مواد، گرافیک طرح؛ پیروی از قواعد مشخص طراحی و سبک شناسی: (انسجام طرح)؛ دقت و وضوح عناصر: تغییرات فرم، تضادهای ظاهری، رنگ و نوشتار، تناسبات طراحی؛ هماهنگی: با روش تولید، استفاده کننده، تعمیر و نگهداری؛ طراحی منطقی: انتخاب مواد مناسب، فرآیند تولید و کاربردهای طرح، زیبایی شناسی پرمعنا و با ارزش (بدون آشفتگی بصری)، انگیـزش احساس و هوش از مهمترین شاخصها و اصول زیباسازی بشمار می روند. در پایان نیز راهبردها و راهکارهایی در زمینه بهبود وضع موجود ایران ارائه شده است.
