fa ارائه روشی جدید برای بهبود کیفیت سرویس در مدیریت شهرداری الکترونیک با استفاده از شبکه های مبتنی بر نرم‌افزار تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin: 1em 0px; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; unicode-bidi: embed; direction: rtl;"><span lang="FA" style="font-family: &quot;B Mitra&quot;; font-size: 13pt; mso-ascii-font-family: Garamond; mso-hansi-font-family: Garamond; mso-bidi-language: FA;"><font color="#000000">گستردگی و پیچیدگی مسائل شهری و رشد و توسعه روزافزون شهرها، مدیریت امور شهر را به وظیفه ای دشوار تبدیل نموده است. استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در اداره شهرها گامی موثر در جهت توسعه پایدار مدیریت شهری محسوب می شود. شهرداری الکترونیکی، سازمانی است که از فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات برای مدیریت و کنترل، بهتر و سریع تر زیرمجموعه های خود استفاده می کند. به این منظور، یکی از مهمترین زیرساخت های لازم، زیرساخت شبکه ای و مخابراتی پایدار و سریع می باشد. اکثر مطالعات انجام شده در این حوزه کیفیت سرویس مسیر ارتباطی را برای ایجاد یک شهرداری الکترونیکی باکیفیت در نظر نگرفته اند. در این مقاله مسئله ی برقراری کیفیت سرویس در شهرداری الکترونیک به صورت یک مسئله ی برنامه ریزی خطی مدل شده است و سپس برای حل این مسئله از الگوریتم فرا ابتکاری کلونی زنبور عسل استفاده شده است. روش ارائه شده یک ارتباط پایدار با کیفیت سرویس قابل پیش بینی برای ارائه خدمات شهری در شهرداری الکترونیکی را ارائه می دهد. نتایج حاصل از پیاده سازی این روش نشان می دهد که الگوریتم پیشنهادی نسبت به روش پایه به میزان 38 درصد در تاخیر انتها به انتها و 56 درصد در میزان گم شدن بسته ها در شبکه ارتباطی، بهبود داشته است و برای تضمین کیفیت سرویس ارتباط شعبه ها با مرکز کنترل، بسیار موثر بوده است.</font></span></p> <p style="margin: 1em 0px; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN" style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: &quot;Garamond&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;; font-size: 13pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; mso-ansi-language: EN;">The extent and complexity of urban problems and the growth and development of cities, the management of the city has become a difficult task.
