fa تبیین و پهنه بندی آسیب پذیری منطقه شش شهر تهران در هنگام و پس از وقوع سیل تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL">هدف کلی پژوهش تبیین عوامل موثر بر آسیب‌پذیری منطقه 6 شهر تهران و پهنه بندی آسیب&shy;پذیری در مواجهه با بحران طبیعی سیل است. با توجه به هدف تحقیق ابتدا معیارهای موثر بر میزان آسیب پذیری شهرها از طریق مطالعه تحقیقات پیشین، روش‌های کتابخانه‌ای و روش دلفی، مصاحبه از کارشناسان شناسایی خواهد شد. و سپس متناسب با نوع معیار، داده‌های مورد نظر از طریق عملیات رقومی سازی و پیمایش با فرمت مناسب وارد محیط<span dir="LTR">GIS </span>&nbsp;می‌شوند. برای شناسایی روابط میان معیارها و تهیه ساختار از تکنیک <span dir="LTR">DEMATEL </span>&nbsp;استفاده می‌شود. تهیه ساختار از طریق پرسشنامه تکمیل شده توسط کارشناسان بدست خواهد آمد؛ از آنجا که میزان اهمیت معیارها برابر نمی‌باشد از روش <span dir="LTR">ANP</span> برای بدست آوردن وزن معیارها استفاده خواهد شد. در این پژوهش از نرم افزار <span dir="LTR">MATLAB </span>&nbsp;برای محاسبات مربوط به ساختار معیارها (تکنیک دیماتل) و از نرم افزار<span dir="LTR">Super decision </span>&nbsp;برای محاسبه وزن معیارها استفاده می‌شود. برای مدل‌سازی فضایی و پهنه بندی آسیب پذیری شهر تهران از مدلی مبتنی بر مرتب سازی گزینه‌ها بر اساس پروفایل استفاده می‌شود که این مدل برخی از محدودیت های روشهای سابق را برطرف کرده است. این مدل از طریق طراحی و الحاق یک افزونه (<span dir="LTR">extention</span>) با استفاده از زبان برنامه‌نویسی پایتون به نرم‌افزار <span dir="LTR">ArcGis</span> &nbsp;عملیاتی خواهد شد. در پایان مناطق مختلف منطقه شش شهر تهران از نظر میزان آسیب پذیری در مقابل بحران طبیعی سیل پهنه‌بندی خواهد شد. نتایج نشان داد که بخش&shy;های با آسیب&shy;پذیری بالا در مناطق با تراکم جمعیتی و کالبدی شهری قرار دارند که جنوب شرق منطقه را در بر گرفته است. دسترسی به فضاهای بی&shy;کالبد شهری پس از وقوع سیل در میزان آسیب&shy;پذیری بسیار حائز اهمیت است.</p> <p><span lang="EN" style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); line-height: 115%; font-family: &quot;Garamond&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;; font-size: 13pt; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; mso-ansi-language: EN; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;">The overall goal of research is to explain the factors influencing vulnerability zoning district 6 of Tehran and vulnerability in the face of natural disaster flooding.
