fa الگوی مدیریت شهری در مقابله با وندالیسم شهری؛ نمونه موردی منطقه 20 شهر تهران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin: 1em 0px; text-align: justify;"><span lang="FA" style="font-family: &quot;B Mitra&quot;; font-size: 13pt; mso-ascii-font-family: Garamond; mso-hansi-font-family: Garamond; mso-bidi-language: FA;"><font color="#000000">همه‌ جوامع، با شدّت و ضعف متفاوت به نوعی با نمودهای وندالیسم و پیامدهای منفی این آسیب شهری درگیر هستند. زندگی روزمره&shy; هر شهروندی در برخورد با نمودهای رفتاری وندالیستی توأم است. با شناخت عوامل موجبه&shy; این رفتار&shy;ها می&shy;توان تا حدّی اقدام به پیشگیری و یا کنترل وقوع آن نمود. ممکن است این رفتارها تحت تأثیر مسئله‌ی اجتماعی موازی دیگری به نام احساس اجحاف و بی عدالتی باشد که در پیوند با مسئله&shy; احساس محرومیت است. یعنی احساس محرومیت اقتصادی، اجتماعی و خدماتی. چه بسا این نارضایتی از توزیع خدمات شهرداری با تخریب اموال عمومی از سوی شهروندان- به مثابه اعتراض یا بیان خشمی پنهان- با یکدیگر مرتبط باشند. با توجه به توضیحات فوق این تحقیق در صدد است تا مشخص کند که انواع مختلف از محرومیت اقتصادی، اجتماعی و نیز محرومیت از خدمات شهری به چه میزانی بر گرایش به وندالیسم تأثیرگذار است. در این مقاله به سوالات زیر پاسخ داده می شود: </font></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family: &quot;B Mitra&quot;; font-size: 13pt; mso-ascii-font-family: Garamond; mso-hansi-font-family: Garamond;"><font color="#000000">چگونه می توان با طراحی مناسب منظر شهری در منطقه 20 حضور وندال&shy;ها و ناهنجاری&shy;های اجتماعی را در فضای شهری کنترل کرد؟ میزان ارتباط شاخص های منظر شهری و وندالیسم در محدوده مورد مطالعه چگونه می&shy;باشد؟ نظام مدیریت مناظر شهری و نهادها و سازمان&shy;های مرتبط با آن چگونه می تواند بر کاهش این رفتارهای تخریبگرانه در محدوده مورد مطالعه تاثیر بگذارد و آن را کاهش دهند؟ در پایان نیز راهکارهایی در جهت الگوی مدیریت شهری در مقابله با وندالیسم شهری مورد اشاره قرار می گیرد.</font></span></p> <p style="margin: 1em 0px; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN" style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: &quot;Garamond&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;; font-size: 13pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; mso-ansi-language: EN;">All societies with different extents in some way involved with aspects of urban vandalism and negative consequences of this damage. It may be another parallel social behavior under the effects of abuse and injustice felt that sense of deprivation is linked to the issue. In this article is to answer the following questions: How well-designed urban landscape and social ills in the region 20 Vandal presence in urban space control? The relationship between the urban landscape and vandalism in the area under study is how? Urban landscape management system and its related institutions and organizations how they can reduce these behaviors affect in the study area and to reduce it?
