fa ارزیابی پردیس‌های درون شهری بر اساس نیازهای بانوان شهروند، نمونه موردی: مناطق شهرداری کرمان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL">از دیدگاه برنامه&shy;ریزی و طراحی شهری، گسترش فضای سبز مفهومی وسیع&shy;تر از توسعه پوشش گیاهی و بهبود شرایط محیط طبیعی شهر دارد و منظور از آن در واقع نوعی ساماندهی و نظم بخشی به فضاهای پراکنده و متنوع سبز است. در عین حال، برخورداری از عدالت فضایی در بهره مندی از فضاها و پارکهای درون شهری از موضوعاتی اساسی در برنامه ریزی و مدیریت شهرهای امروز است. بر این اساس، در این مقاله موضوع نیازهای بانوان از پارکها و فضاهای سبز شهری و ارزیابی آنها از میزان خدمات متناسب با نیازها مورد توجه بوده است. روش این پژوهش در مرحله نظری توصیفی- تحلیلی و در مرحله ارزیابی روش پیمایشی بوده است نتایج این تحقیق نشان می&shy;دهد که در بسیاری از موارد طراحی نامناسب، کمبود تجهیزات استاندارد و لازم جهت رفاه و آسایش استفاده&shy;کنندگان، و غیره موجبات تشدید عدم&shy;کارآیی مناسب بسیاری از پارک&shy;های شهری را برای زنان شهر کرمان فراهم نموده و بر همین اساس تجهیز، ارتقای کیفی و&nbsp; بازنگری در اصول طراحی&nbsp; و خلق فضاهای سبز جدید در جهت همسو شدن با استانداردهای روز و اصول و ضوابط طراحی پایدار از الزامات اصلی شرایط فعلی شهر کرمان قلمداد می شوند<span dir="LTR">.</span> اولویت شاخص&shy;های مولفه اجتماعی با یکدیگر متفاوت است؛ به طوری&shy;که برای اثربخشی مطلوبتر خدمات حوزه های اجتماعی اولویت اقدامات به شرح زیر می باشد: 1. نیاز به امنیت؛ 2. نیاز به حمایت و مشاوره؛ 3. نیاز به مشارکت و تعامل؛ 4. نیاز به آگاهی و اطلاعات.&raquo;</p> <p style="margin: 1em 0px; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN" style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family:;">From the perspective of planning and urban design, landscape spread wider context of the development of vegetation and improve the natural environment of the city and it&#39;s actually kind of organizing and regulating the diverse and scattered green spaces. At the same time, having a spatial equity in utilization of urban spaces and parks planning and management of vital matters in today&#39;s cities. Accordingly, in this paper, the issue of women needs for parks, green spaces and their assessment of the level of services fitting the needs have been considered. The research is descriptive-analytic and theoretical stage in the evaluation survey. The results shows that in many cases poor design, lack of equipment and for the welfare of consumers, and so exacerbate the performance of many urban parks has provided for women in Kerman. And accordingly equipped, quality improvement and review of design principles and the creation of new green spaces in line with the standards and principles and criteria for sustainable design of the main requirements are considered the current situation in Kerman.
