fa مشارکت شهروندان در حفظ محیط زیست شهری با ارائه راهکارهایی در برنامه‌ریزی شهری؛ نمونه موردی: لواسان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <h3 dir="RTL" style="margin: 1em 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: 90%; unicode-bidi: embed; direction: rtl;"><span b="" lang="AR-SA" style="color: black; line-height: 90%; font-family:;">امروزه محیط زیست شهرها به دلیل مشکلات عمده زیستی و افزایش میزان آلاینده&shy;ها دچار مشکلات عمده زیست&shy;محیطی بوده که باعث چالشهای عمده در سطح شهرها شده&shy;اند؛ چنانچه &laquo;مشارکت و محیط زیست&raquo; در سه دهه اخیر بیش از پیش درکنار هم و در قالب رهیافتی جدید در خصوص رویکردهای حفاظت از محیط زیست مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. از این&shy;رو یکی از شاخص&shy;های درجه توسعه یافتگی یک کشور، میزان مشارکت و نقشی است که شهروندان در آن کشور برخوردارند. از طرفی طرحها و برنامه&shy;های</span><span b="" lang="FA" style="color: black; line-height: 90%; font-family:;">ی</span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" style="color: black; line-height: 90%; font-family:;"> که از سوی دستگاهای متولی مانند سازمان محیط زیست و شهرداری جهت حفظ این زیستگاه&shy;ها و کاهش تخریب محیط زیست شهری ارائه و اجرا شده&shy;اند، غالباً موفقیت چندانی نداشته&shy;اند</span><span b="" dir="LTR" lang="AR-SA" style="color: black; line-height: 90%; font-family:;"> </span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" style="color: black; line-height: 90%; font-family:;">که به نظر می&shy;رسد حلقه گمشده این طرحها، مردم و اهمیت مشارکت آنان است که غالباً نادیده گرفته شده و غیبت مردم، نتیجه&shy;ای جز شکست این طرحهای زیست محیطی در پی نداشته است. لذا بررسی و ارائه راهکارهایی جهت افزایش نقش و مشارکت شهروندان در حفظ عرصه&shy;های طبیعی و محیط زیست شهری به روشهایی مانند آموزش، تغیر رویکرد مدیریت شهری از ضروریات هرگونه برنامه ریزی برای هر شهر ازجمله برای شهر لواسان می باشد. در این مقاله با روش پیمایشی و مطالعه میدانی میزان تحقق پذیری مشارکتهای زیست محیطی شهروندی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. در پایان نیز راهکارهای راهبردی و اجرایی در زمینه ارتقاء میزان مشارکت زیست محیطی شهروندان مورد اشاره قرار گرفته است.</span></h3> <p style="margin: 1em 0px; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family:;">Today, the urban environment due to the major problems of life and increasing amount of pollutants that cause major environmental problems in urban areas are major challenges. &ldquo;Participation and the environment&rdquo; in the last three decades, more and more approaches together in a new approach to environmental protection is taken into consideration; Therefore one of the indicators of the degree of development of a country, the participation and the role of citizens in the country.
