fa بررسی و تحلیل اثر بخشی آموزش بر توانمندسازی دهیاران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p align="justify">اثر بخش بودن آموزش نقش مهم و پایداری بر ارتقاء سطح آگاهی علمی و شغلی دهیاران دارد بر همین اساس ارائه آموزش و برنامه های آموزشی اثربخش مستلزم تفکر جدید، مدل های جدید، رویکرد جدید و ابزار و مکانیزم های جدید است. تحقیق پیش روی پاسخ به این سوال اساسی است که آیا دوره های آموزش اجرا شده برای دهیاران کشور اثربخشی موثر و کارآمد را در میزان افزایش اطلاعات و تغییر نگرش‌ها و رفتار آنان و تحقق اهداف مورد نظر داشته است یا خیر. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل 22 درصد از دهیاران کل کشور که 4100 دهیار است. روش مطالعه به جهت هدف از نوع مطالعات کاربردی است و از جهت روش گردآوری اطلاعات بصورت توصیفی به گردآوری داده‌ها می پردازد. از طرف دیگر مطالعه حاضر از نوع مطالعات ارزشیابی است چون برای ارزشیابی واکنش ها و دیدگاه‌های ذینفع به جمع‌آوری اطلاعات نیاز داریم که ریچارد ولف آن را اطلاعات مکمل می نامد. نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان می دهد دوره های آموزشی دهیاران اثر بخشی موثر و قابل توجهی در ارتقاء سطح آگاهی آنان داشته و در پایان پیشنهادات کاربردی ارائه گردیده است. </p> <p align="justify">Education effectiveness has an important and permanent role on the improvement of the scientific and career awareness of rural managers. Accordingly, the availability and presentation of effective educational and training programs will require new thinking, new models, new approaches and new tools and mechanisms. This ongoing project is an answer to such fundamental questions as: have the finished educational workshops for rural managers resulted effectively to the increasing and improvement of their informational level and knowledge and consequently change their attitudes and behaviors? The statistical data of the research consist of 22% of the total rural managers (4100 Dehyar). The methodology of this project is an applied form because of its own object and also its data collecting includes descriptive method. On the other hand, the present study is a kind of value determining to because we need to gathering of information for evaluation of the responses and bbeneficiary attitudes, which it is called supplementing information by Richard Wolf. The results of this study show that the training courses for rural managers have had effective and considerable improvement on their knowledge.
