fa شناسایی عوامل کلیدی موفقیت (CSF) بکارگیری سیستم‌های پشتیبان تصمیم‌گیری (DSS) در حوزه مدیریت شهری (مطالعه موردی شهرداری ساوه) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p><span dir="RTL">سیستم&shy;های پشتیبان تصمیم گیری به تصمیم&shy;گیرندگان کمک می&shy;کند که از طریق کنش متقابل مستقیم با اطلاعات و مدل&shy;های تحلیلی به حل مسائل نیمه ساختاری بپردازد. مفهوم مستتر در سیستم پشتیبان تصمیم گیری این است که نتایج باید بدون نیاز به مشورت با متخصصین سریعاً به دست آیند و مستقیماً توسط سیاست&shy;گذاران و نه پژوهشگران متخصص مورد استفاده قرار گیرند. در تحقیق حاضر ساختار مدیریت شهری و سیستم&shy;های پشتیبان مورد استفاده شهرداری ساوه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت، مطالعه حاضر از نظر نوع و ماهیت در قلمرو تحقیقات کاربردی توسعه&shy;ای و از نظر روش جزء تحقیقات توصیفی- تحلیلی می&shy;باشد، آمار و اطلاعات مورد نیاز از طریق مطالعات کتابخانه&shy;ای، پیمایش میدانی انجام پذیرفته است، مدیران و کارشناسان شهرداری ساوه جامعه آماری تحقیق را تشکیل داده&shy;اند، آراء و نظرات آنان از طریق پرسشنامه جمع آوری گردید. در تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از نرم افزار </span>SPSS<span dir="RTL"> و آزمون&shy;های آماری </span>chi- squre<span dir="RTL">، </span>Fridman <span dir="RTL">&nbsp;و تحلیل عامل اکتشافی و ماتریس چرخش استفاده گردید، نتایج تحقیق نشان می&shy;دهد عوامل کلیدی مهمی که می&shy;تواند موفقیت سیستم&shy;های پشتیبان تصمیم&shy;گیری را افزایش دهد شامل تربیت مدیران شهری مشارکت پذیر، توسعه فرهنگ تسهیم دانش و کاربست مناسب سیستم&shy;های پشتیبان تصمیم&shy;گیری است. </span></p> <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: &quot;Garamond&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;; font-size: 13pt; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-language: FA;"><font color="#000000">decision mating supportive systems help to determiners by the way of direct mutual actin with information and analytic models solve semi-structured issue.
