fa معرفی چارچوبی جهت ارزیابی توان گردشگری ایران در مقیاس منطقه ای تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p align="justify">موقعیت جغرافیائی و اقلیمی خاص ایران، تنوع بسیاری بالائی را در آن از نظر زیست‌محیطی و فرهنگی ایجاد نموده که این مساله شرایط مساعدی را برای توسعه گردشگری در اکثر مناطق کشور فراهم آورده است. ولی متاسفانه توسعه این صنعت به دلیل عدم برنامه‌ریزی مناسب و فقدان یک چارچوب علمی قوی جهت حمایت از آن، به تحقق نرسیده است. لذا هدف اصلی این تحقیق، معرفی یک چارچوب جامع جهت ارزیابی توان گردشگری نقاط مختلف کشور می‌باشد. با این هدف، ارائه این چارچوب در دو فاز به انجام رسیده است. فاز اول الگوی معرفی شده، مربوط به درجه‌بندی شهرستانهای مختلف یک استان برای توسعه گردشگری است. فاز دوم مدل پیشنهادی، به طرحریزی توسعه گردشگری در مناطق دارای توان اکولوژیک پرداخته است. جهت آزمون مدل های پیشنهادی، بر روی یک نمونه واقعی، استان اصفهان در ایران انتخاب شده است. با اجرای مرحله اول مدل بر روی 21 شهرستان این استان، آنها در 4 گروه از سطح 1 تا 4 طبقه‌بندی شدند. همچنین پس از اجرای قسمت دوم مدل بر روی یکی از دهستانهای فریدونشهر که از شهرستانهای طبقه 1 بود، مشخص شد که مساحتی در حدود 10 کیلومتر مربع از این دهستان، بهترین مکانها جهت احداث مجتمع های گردشگری هستند. </p> <p align="justify">Special climate and geographic situation of Iran has created great environmental and cultural diversity which has provided a suitable situation for tourism development in the most parts of the country. Therefore the main goal of this research is to introduction to a comprehensive framework for assessing tourism potential in different parts of the country. For achieving this aim, this research has offered a precise framework for evaluating of the tourism potential of Iran in two phases. In the first phase, different townships of a province were classified for tourism development based on their various potentials. The second phase of the suggested framework deals with designing a model for tourism development in the selected townships based on their ecological capability. For testing the suggested model on an actual sample, the Isfahan province in Iran was selected. By implementing the first phase of the model on 21 townships of this province they have been categorized in 4 classes, from 1 to 4.
