fa ارزیابی توانها و قابلیت های عناصر بافت قدیمی در توسعه صنعت گردشگری؛ مطالعه موردی: شهر سمنان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p align="justify">با افزایش جمعیت شهرنشین و توسعه شهرها، مسئله فراغت افراد در کنار کار و تحرک روزانه آنها مطرح است، با توجه به کمبود امکانات فراغتی در جامعه ما سبب شد برنامه ریزان شهری را به فکر اندازد تا به منظور غلبه بر این ساماندهی ها راهبردهایی را ارائه کنند. البته واضح است که موفقیت در این عرصه و دستیابی به منافع مادی و غیر مادی حاصل از آن مستلزم شناخت قوتها، ضعفها، فرصتها و تهدیدهای منطقه مورد مطالعه نسبت به این صنعت است که بهره مندی از توانمندی ها و جاذبه های گردشگری بافت قدیمی و عناصر مربوط به آن اگر بدون شناخت و برنامه صورت پذیرد، منجر به نابودی و تخریب توانهای آن می گردد؛ به همین دلیل در اکثر نواحی توریستی ضرورت شناخت و ساماندهی وضعیت گردشگری احساس می شود. در این پژوهش سعی شده با هدف برنامه ریزی در جهت صنعت گردشگری عناصر بافت قدیم با استفاده از روش SWOT ابتدا نقاط قوت و ضعف که از درون مسئله نشأت می گیرد، همراه با فرصتها و تهدیدهای بیرونی مورد بررسی تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته و سپس پیشنهادات اساسی به منظور بهره برداری از این قوتها، فرصتها، کاهش ضعفها و تهدیدات آگاهی از مشکلات راهکارهایی جهت برطرف کردن آنها ارائه گردد. هر چند برنامه و راهکارها نمی‌تواند موجب رفع فوری مشکلات باشد، اما با توجه به برنامه‌ریزی در این مورد به خصوص تفکیک نکردن آن از موضوع برنامه ریزی شهری می توان گامی در جهت کم کردن مشکلات در این زمینه برداشت. </p> <p align="justify">As we know with increasing urban population and urban development, the issue of leisure and work alongside people in everyday mobility of people were questioned, given the lack of leisure facilities in our community led city planners to think to put this organization in order to overcome is to provide strategies.
