The research method chosen for theoretical research approach - in which the application of systems theory and methods of descriptive statistics, inferential and planning models are used. Community survey to measure relationships between cities population 8262 persons as research subjects were evaluated. Eventually was determined that due to the relationship mentioned in the spatial relationships populations incoming and outgoing urban centers in different classes amount Chi calculated smaller than the amount of Chi Table critical points is likely in a=0/5(Ho)is zero to accept and accepting the hypothesis of zero means is a hinge or system elements, and urban centers is not confirmed, but the facilities to operate independently of each other and you have integration and system integrity are not.

Abstract

Rural development and modification in the quality of life in villages changed the quality and quantity of generated waste in the villages. Due to these changes, identification and evaluation of recycling potential takes into account a great import ancient order to protect rural safety, health and environment. Therefore, this paper explores the concept of waste management system and the quality and quantity of waste generated in Bushehr province's villages based on field studies and questionnaire distribution.94 percent of villages are facing the problem of not participating in the source separation, collection and disposal of waste and 62.5percent of villages are faced with the problem of getting rid of waste by rural people.In41% of cases, the rural, if they do not see the results, they are not willing to cooperate in the process of biogas production. Using the Wilcoxon testwith95% confidence intervals, hypothesis that most of the executive managements of waste in rural areas of this province are at the least organized level, is confirmed. Three elements of functional elements (transportation, recycling and disposal) in order to reduce total costs and increase the efficiency of the system should be jointly implemented regionally.

Therefore, the article aims at empowerment of urban development and also recognition of relations and modeling of the mentioned elements. Empowerment of urban development is recognized through investigation of the literature of the subject and elites’ opinions. Thereafter, using Interpretive Structural Modeling, the relationship between these empowerments is recognized, based on which a structural model of empowerments effective in urban development is constructed. The results show that economic and cultural, technological, environmental, and population factors are among the most important empowerments in the context of urban development. Based on the results, managers are recommended t concentrate more on these radical factors in their urban development-based activities.

Abstract

Today human is engaged with a great crisis as a result of his unbalancing the life, neglecting indigenous and environmental factors, and hegemonic behavior toward nature. This has ended to creation of an approach called sustainable development whose main aims are to meet the essential needs, improvement of life quality, and better management of ecosystems. Obviously it is meaningless to discuss sustainability and sustainable development in the absence of cities and urban life. Cities are counted for as the main reasons for unsustainability the world over, however urban sustainability and global sustainability are the same concepts. Therefore, knowing key elements to reach this station is necessary, whereas recognition and prioritization of effective key elements in sustainable development is strategic and entails economic, social, and health-related results in the sequence of time. The current study is descriptive-analytic in which attempts have been made to estimate the importance of main indices of sustainable development based on the opinions of elites using a fuzzy hierarchical analysis process technic. Analysis of the data shows that from among main indices, urban health, desirable governmental system, and sustainable environment are respectively of the highest importance.

Abstract

It is estimated that about 3 billion people, less than half of the world's population, live within 200 km of the coastline, which is projected to double by 2025. On the other hand, improving the visual and ecological quality of the environment and landscape and promoting the sense of belonging to the place in the space organization can facilitate the desired environmental quality and define a unique pattern of identity for urban beaches; Accordingly, this article examines the criteria and principles of landscape design of coastal cities in order to promote a sense of belonging to the place. The research method of this research was the descriptive-analytical and meta-analytic methods. The survey research method was used with a questionnaire to develop the criteria for landscape design desired by users in order to motivate their sense of belonging. The statistical population included beach strip users in Bushehr who were selected based on Cochran's formula of 389 people and a simple random method. In order to assess the reliability of the questionnaire questions, Spss25 software and Cronbach's alpha coefficient technique were used. The findings of the present study show that the effective components of landscape design of coastal cities in order to increase the sense of belonging to the place are: environmental factors, location, spatial diversity, safety, visual beauty, and permeability. The results also show that the sense of belonging to the place of beach users in the cognitive (identity) and emotional (attachment) dimension is at a high level. Behavioral dimension (dependence) is lower than cognitive and emotional dimension and shows that the beach has not been successful in meeting their needs that the lack of a beach line for the formation of recreational and water-related activities, Lack of suitable beds for the family establishment, interference of cavalry and pedestrians, threats of burnout and destruction of the historical fabric of Bushehr are effective in this regard.
