Abstract
In this paper an attempt has been made to the concept of intertextual traditional concepts and new world traditions and streams flowing from the intellectual movements of modern times - modernism, deconstructed and folding - a cognitive approach indication of urbanism and architecture scholar Peter Eisenman, with reference to his detailed analysis cognitive symptoms of each are discussed. Abstract
The old urban tissue requires more attention in the field of planning and urban management and restoration is to organize the change of use of the space at the same time that the process of reorganization and modernization can help the re-use of these spaces. On the other hand, female-headed households as a social vulnerable groups and areas of urban management should be considered. Meanwhile, the Women's Affairs Center in Tehran in this regard is important. Therefore, in this article in an analytical and rational assessment of the issue of the change of use of old tissues for recreation centers, social and economic had been women. Reference statistical analysis of the Women's Affairs Center of Tehran Municipality in this regard is the analysis of theoretical literature. The results alluding to the services of Tehran and the empowerment of women, including the design and SH series, to provide solutions to the empowerment of women-headed households is growing in Tehran.
