One of the most striking and most important of these virtues and values “social justice” is, if social justice is like the water of life that flows in society, developing talents and bring freshness and vitality of the community. In the field of social justice and individual human is twofold social aspect of it is more important, because human societies will not be consummated unless social justice projects implemented in the community. Methods This cross-sectional study that the tool library studies and research method used. In this paper, the status of justice in the formation of Islamic cities and urban neighborhoods in the city and a few hints about upgrading the Islamic concept of justice is emphasized. The criteria and factors referred to is the manifestation of social justice in urban neighborhoods.
