| With population growth and migration to cities, a new wave of urbanization has started and the population in metropolitan areas has grown more than the main city, which requires investigation and identification of its various dimensions. The increase in urbanization in the metropolitan area is associated with the imbalance in the residential system and population distribution, causing inequality in the distribution of capacities, economic activities and job and income opportunities, and because of that, the cities located in the metropolitan area are functionally interacting with the city. mothers are active, it is important to identify the way of interaction and explain the relationship between them. Based on this, the aim of the research is to identify the components and indicators affecting population settlement in the middle cities located in the metropolitan area. Using the method of content analysis and review of library documents, procedures and events have been examined and inductive logic has been used to explain the content in order to identify and introduce indicators that are effective on the residential system of middle cities located in the metropolitan area. be possible The criteria identified by separating the social, economic, physical and institutional components, classification and model of the housing system for middle cities have been compiled and proposed in the form of a policy package that adds the above components and indicators to analytical methods in urban planning. Based on this, the model of the housing system in the middle cities located in the metropolitan area should be compiled and taken into account in urban planning |
