The physical development of cities is a dynamic process in which the physical and physical limits of cities in vertical and horizontal directions increase quantitatively and qualitatively, and if this is a fast and unplanned process, urban systems will have many problems in the future. Given the ever-increasing migration of people from rural areas around cities and elsewhere, which has increased their demand for urban land for living, and if such structures are not monitored, in addition to the disappearance of high-quality agricultural land, the city Faces economic, social and environmental crises. The purpose of this study is to analyze the economic-based economic map with sustainable development approach. Considering the rate of immigration in recent years and environmental damage, the goal is to scientifically and precisely explain the role of the agricultural economy in the development and development of the city. In evaluating the economic growth of rice and its effect on physical growth of the city of Meydwond, a questionnaire was prepared and after completion of the questionnaire by residents of the study area, based on scientific methods, was analyzed. The results of the analysis of the questionnaire show that the economic growth caused by rice cultivation was significant due to the change in the type of agriculture and the production efficiency has increased significantly and this economic growth has affected the population's survival and physical development of the city |
