A mayor with electronic readiness has high speed in access to information and full satisfaction from FAVA applications in areas, and service centers. For effective use of ICT, a country should have widespread access to ICT, population access to ICT and regulatory and regulatory requirements. Developing countries can be able to evaluate electronic readiness to facilitate the size and design of integrated ICT programs. This helps them to focus and determine areas that require foreign help. A range of measurement tools for the size of electronic preparedness is a country or an economy created. These tools make a wide use of the different definitions and definitions of e - test testing and the assessments are significantly different in the goals and outcomes. Research findings show that the evaluation of the status quo in the municipality will be ideal for planning and indigo.
