The impact of professional staff flexibility on organizational agility with mediation compatibility staff in urban and regional crises (Case Study: Hospitals Urmia Azerbaijan)

This study aimed to determine the effect of in Hospitals Urmia Azerbaijan in order to prepare for municipal and regional crisis was performed. The research method is descriptive - survey and the statistical population included all hospital staff is Azerbaijan in 1395 SH. A sample of 226 people, according to Cochran formula and to collect data, determine the content and face validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and the construct validity through confirmatory factor analysis and reliability using Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated. To analyze the data, statistical software was used Spss23 and Smart PLS and the results showed, Professional staff flexibility by factor of route 0/772 on the compatibility of staff, compliance staff by factor of route 0/459 on the agility, the professional staff flexibility by factor of route 0/339 on the agility and compliance staff by a factor of 0/354 path could mediating role in the impact of the professional flexibility on agility of the play. And the final model analysis shows that the use and development of professional staff flexibility is a key factor in agile organizational and in the case of urban and regional crises on the basis of threats, could be a solution for the issue of research.
