It seems at the moment to achieve the modern definition of the concept of civil justice and citizenship; women need new approaches to have some legal conceptions of justice. On the issue of civil justice and citizenship is very important due to several factors: characteristics of rights, non-discrimination, balance, moderation, respect for competencies and entitlements. In addition to these measures focus on education as a means to empower civil justice is very important human development on a massive scale. This means that the quality of education and the distribution of and access to free education in the country is planned and implemented. And yet awareness is also high.  Therefore, this article discusses the rule of law, justice and social justice criteria, application and its role in civil justice are women. Has a clearer sense of justice for women to obtain citizenship; and the necessary solutions to achieve this kind of justice to be considered.
