other بررسی هویت فرهنگی در گذار از روستا به شهر مورد پژوهی:شهرستان دزفول Investigating Cultural Identity in the Transition from Village to city A Case Study of Dezful تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable     فرآیند شتابان شهرنشینی، به‌ویژه در مناطق در حال توسعه، دگرگونی‌های عمیقی در هویت فرهنگی جوامع مهاجر و میزبان ایجاد می‌کند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی و تحلیل شاخص‌های هویت فرهنگی در فرآیند گذار از محیط‌های روستایی به شهری (مطالعه موردی: شهرستان دزفول) انجام شده است.این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از حیث روش، توصیفی-تحلیلی با رویکرد آمیخته (کیفی-کمی) است. در بخش کیفی، با استفاده از مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته با ۳۰ نفر از صاحب‌نظران، مهاجران و ساکنان قدیمی که به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و گلوله‌برفی انتخاب شدند، داده‌ها تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری جمع‌آوری و با روش تحلیل مضمون، شاخص‌های اصلی هویت فرهنگی استخراج گردید. در بخش کمی، بر اساس یافته‌های کیفی، پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته تدوین و پایایی آن با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (۰.۷۴) تأیید شد. جامعه آماری این بخش شامل مهاجران ساکن در شهر دزفول بود که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، ۳۸۴ نفر به عنوان نمونه به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با بهره‌گیری از آزمون‌های همبستگی پیرسون، تحلیل واریانس و مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری (PLS) تحلیل شدند. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که تطابق هویت فرهنگی در گذار از روستا به شهر، فرآیندی چندبعدی است که بیش از عوامل زمانی و فیزیکی، تحت تأثیر نگرش‌ها و پذیرش ذهنی افراد نسبت به ارزش‌های محیط جدید قرار دارد. بنابراین، سیاست‌گذاری‌های شهری و برنامه‌ریزی‌های فرهنگی باید با تمرکز بر ابعاد روان‌شناختی و اجتماعی، زمینه را برای یکپارچگی فرهنگی و شکل‌گیری یک هویت پویا و ترکیبی فراهم آورند.   The accelerated process of urbanization, particularly in developing regions, instigates profound transformations in the cultural identity of both migrant and host communities. The present study aims to identify and analyze indicators of cultural identity during the transition from rural to urban environments, focusing on the case study of Dezful County. This research is applied in its objective and employs a descriptive-analytical method with a mixed-methods (qualitative-quantitative) approach. In the qualitative phase, data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 30 participants, including experts, migrants, and long-term residents, selected via purposive and snowball sampling until theoretical saturation was achieved. Thematic analysis was utilized to extract the principal indicators of cultural identity. In the quantitative phase, a researcher-developed questionnaire was formulated based on the qualitative findings. Its reliability was confirmed with a Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.74. The statistical population for this section comprised migrants residing in the city of Dezful. A sample of 384 individuals was selected using simple random sampling, calculated via Cochran's formula. The data were analyzed using Pearson correlation, Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS).Conclusion: The results of this research demonstrate that the adaptation of cultural identity during the rural-to-urban transition is a multidimensional process. It is influenced more significantly by individuals' attitudes and subjective acceptance of the new environment's values than by temporal and physical factors. Consequently, urban policies and cultural planning should prioritize psychological and social dimensions to foster cultural integration and facilitate the formation of a dynamic, hybrid identity.   هویت فرهنگی, شهرنشینی, خوزستان, دزفول,تحول اجتماعی-فرهنگی.
