other بررسی تأثیرگذاری شهروند هوشمند بر اثربخشی مدیریت شهری (موردمطالعه: شهر جهانی یزد) تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر شهروند هوشمند بر مدیریت شهری در شهر جهانی یزد است. جامعه آماری شامل ساکنان شهر یزد بوده و حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران </span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">۲۸۴</span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"> نفر تعیین شد. در ابتدا، با مطالعه مبانی نظری و پیشینه پژوهش، </span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">۲۰</span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"> شاخص شناسایی و پرسشنامه ‌ای طراحی شد که روایی آن توسط </span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">۱۰</span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"> نفر از خبرگان حوزه مدیریت شهری و فناوری اطلاعات تأیید گردید. نتایج پرسشنامه با استفاده از تکنیک تاپسیس فازی رتبه ‌بندی شدند و مؤلفه‌ های اصلی استخراج شدند. سپس با استفاده از مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری (</span></span>ISM<span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">)، ماتریس‌ های خودتعاملی اولیه و نهایی تدوین و مدل نهایی ترسیم گردید. یافته‌ ها نشان داد که عوامل شناسایی‌شده در چهار دسته متغیر های مستقل، پیوندی، وابسته و خودتعاملی قرار گرفتند. مسئولیت ‌پذیری، رعایت قوانین، توجه به منافع عمو می، رفتار مناسب شهروندی و فرهنگ زندگی اجتماعی در دسته متغیر های مستقل و با بیشترین تأثیرگذاری قرار گرفتند. هویت مجازی، تعامل و تأثیرپذیری در گروه متغیر های پیوندی و بروز بودن و آگاهی از رویداد ها در مرز متغیر های پیوندی و وابسته جای گرفتند. سایر عوامل نیز در دسته متغیر های وابسته قرار گرفتند. این پژوهش با ارائه مدلی جامع، روابط میان مؤلفه‌ های شهروند هوشمند و مدیریت شهری را تبیین کرده و می ‌تواند به بهبود برنامه ریزی و سیاست‌ گذاری‌ های شهری کمک کند.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The aim of this study is to examine the impact of smart citizenship on urban management in the global city of Yazd. The statistical population includes the residents of Yazd, and the sample size was determined as 284 individuals using Cochran&#39;s formula. Initially, 20 key indicators were identified through a review of theoretical foundations and previous studies. A questionnaire was designed and validated by 10 experts in urban management and information technology. The questionnaire results were ranked using the Fuzzy TOPSIS technique, and the main components were extracted. Subsequently, using Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM), initial and final self interaction matrices were developed, and the final model was drawn. The findings revealed that the identified factors were categorized into four groups: independent, linkage, dependent, and self interaction variables. Responsibility, adherence to rules, consideration of public interests, appropriate civic behavior, and the culture of social and urban life were placed in the independent variables group, exhibiting the highest level of influence. Virtual identity, interaction, and responsiveness were classified as linkage variables, while being up to date and awareness of events were located at the boundary between linkage and dependent variables. The remaining factors were categorized as dependent variables.
