other ارزیابی و اولویت‌سنجی عوامل ریخت‌شناسی شهری تأثیرگذار بر آسیب‌پذیری اجتماعی در بافت تاریخی کرمان Evaluation and prioritization of urban morphological factors affecting social vulnerability in the historical context of Kerman تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable ریخت‌شناسی شهر بر تداوم فرم و ساختار کالبدی آن متمرکز است و ضمن آنکه تحت تأثیر فرهنگ، جامعه و فعالیت‌های ساکنان طی زمان قرار دارد، تأثیر بسزایی بر شهروندان و جامعه محلی ساکن در هر بافت شهری دارد. ریخت‌شناسی شهری یکی از اصلی‌ترین عوامل در کنترل فرم شهری است و تحلیل الگوهای آن مبنای برنامه‌ریزی توسعه محیط شهری قرار می‌گیرد و ازاین‌رو، بر آسیب‌پذیری اجتماعی تأثیر مستقیم دارد. کرمان به‌عنوان یکی از شهرهای قدیمی ایران که دارای هویت‌ تاریخی خاص خود است، از آسیب‌های توسعه صنعتی و مدرن، مصون نمانده است و مانند بسیاری دیگر از شهرهای تاریخی ایران، توسعه بی‌توجه به زمینه را تجربه می‌کند. هدف از این مطالعه بسط و شرح دقیق عوامل ریخت‌شناسی کالبدی-فیزیکی و احصای مؤلفه‌های تأثیرگذار بر آسیب‌‌‌پذیری‌های اجتماعی در بافت قدیمی کرمان و اولویت‌بندی سهم هر یک از آن‌ها و دسته‌بندی متغیرهای سازنده ذیل هر یک از عوامل است.‌ در این مطالعه منطق استدلال، استنتاجی است. پس از استخراج عوامل و مؤلفه‌های مؤثر بر آسیب‌پذیری‌های اجتماعی در بافت‌های تاریخی شهری از مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای، داده‌های حاصل از پژوهش‌های میدانی مورد تحلیل و ارزیابی قرار می‌گیرد. روش تحقیق، توصیفی-تحلیلی و پیمایشی است و ارزیابی، دسته‌بندی و تحلیل عوامل همگرا از طریق داده‌های گردآوری‌شده از تنظیم و توزیع پرسشنامه انجام شده است. نهایتاً داده‌ها با آزمون‌ تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، تحلیل شده است. محدوده پژوهش در هسته مرکزی بافت تاریخی کرمان است. یافته‌های حاصل از مطالعه ۳۶ متغیر در این بافت نشان می‌دهد این متغیرها شش عامل اصلی را نمایندگی می‌کنند که به ترتیب بر اساس اولویت تأثیرگذاری بر آسیب‌های اجتماعی در بافت تاریخی کرمان عبارت‌اند: شرایط فیزیکی و کالبدی محله با تأکید بر حفظ هویت تاریخی بافت، آسیب‌پذیری بالای بافت تاریخی کرمان در برابر مخاطرات طبیعی و غیرطبیعی مانند زلزله و آتش‌سوزی، بروز نابرابری‌ها و بی‌عدالتی اجتماعی در این منطقه از دیدگاه مردم، تظاهر تغییر بافت اجتماعی ناشی از ساخت‌وسازهای جدید و تغییر الگوهای رفتاری و سبک زندگی در بافت، وقوع جرم در موقعیت‌های جدید شهری که اخیراً در بافت احداث شده است و نهایتاً عامل فرسودگی، آلودگی و زندگی غیررسمی که ممکن است بر اثر مداخلات جدید در بافت تاریخی به‌عنوان یک تهدید ایجاد شود.   The morphology of the city is focused on the continuity of its physical form and structure, and while it is influenced by the culture, society and activities of the citizens over time, it has a significant impact on the citizens and the local community living in any urban context. Urban morphology is one of the main factors in controlling the urban form, and the analysis of its patterns is the basis of planning the development of the urban environment, and therefore, it has a direct impact on social vulnerability. As one of the old cities of Iran, which has its own historical identity, Kerman has not been immune from the damage of industrial and modern development, and like many other historical cities of Iran, it is experiencing development without considering the context. The purpose of this study is to elaborate and describe the physical-physical morphological factors and the statistics of the influencing factors on social vulnerabilities in the old context of Kerman and to prioritize the contribution of each of them and to categorize the constituent variables under each of the factors. In this study, the logic of reasoning, inference Is. After extracting factors and components affecting social vulnerabilities in historical urban contexts from library studies, data from field researches are analyzed and evaluated. The research method is descriptive-analytical and survey, and the evaluation, classification and analysis of converging factors have been done through the data collected from the preparation and distribution of the questionnaire. Finally, the data has been analyzed with the exploratory factor analysis test. The scope of the research is in the central core of the historical context of Kerman.
